What is a Canvas?
The canvas is the internal structural layer that gives a jacket its shape. While most competitors use glue (fusing) which creates a stiff fit and degrades over time, we use a sewn canvas construction. This creates a breathable heirloom piece built to last decades.

The Difference:

  • Half Canvas:
    The canvas covers the chest and lapel only. Result: A lightweight feel with a clean, structured chest profile.
  • Full Canvas:
    The canvas extends from the shoulder to the bottom hem. Result: The superior choice. Because the canvas runs through the entire front, the jacket gradually molds to your unique body shape, improving the fit the more you wear it.

How it works:
Immediately after checkout, we will email you our simple Measurement Guide. The easiest way to complete this is to visit a local alterations tailor near you (it takes 15 minutes). Alternatively, we can guide you through measuring yourself at home.

Production Timeline: Suits take approximately 4 weeks to complete

Sizing Considerations:

A "Raw Material Surcharge" will apply if your confirmed measurements fall into the following tiers:

  • Tier 1: Chest, Waist, or Seat over 50"
  • Tier 2: Chest, Waist, or Seat over 60"
  • Tier 3: Chest, Waist, or Seat over 70"
  • Tall Fit: Back Length over 35"

How this is billed:
Since you submit your measurements after purchasing, this surcharge is not charged at checkout. If your profile falls into one of these tiers, we will send a separate invoice for the material difference. Production will begin once this invoice is cleared.

This is a discounted upgrade when ordered alongside a suit.
