This form is the bridge between you and our cutting room. The numbers you provide here will be reviewed by our master cutters to draft a unique pattern exclusively for your physique.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

To ensure the highest level of accuracy, please review the following guidelines:

• You Cannot Measure Yourself: For accuracy, you must have a friend, partner, or tailor take these measurements for you.

• Dress Appropriately: Wear a well-fitted dress shirt and trousers (not jeans) during measuring.

• The Shoe Factor: When measuring trouser length and hem opening, please wear the specific shoes you intend to wear with your commission.

• Relax: Stand naturally. Do not suck in your stomach or puff out your chest. We want the suit to fit the real you.
